Heritage Pines Country Club Community in Hudson, Florida is located on the Gulf Coast and 30 miles north of Clearwater. The gated community consists of villas and single family homes ranging in price from $135,000 to $318,000. Community Association fees are $165 monthly. Heritage Pines is composed of many “Villages” with each village having their own maintenance fees. The original developer of Heritage Pines, U.S. Homes Corp., was purchased by Lennar Corporation in 2000.
At least one resident must be 55 years or older and no one under age 22 may be a resident.
