Kingswood Mobile Home Community is a resident-owned mobile home park located in Riverview, Florida east of Tampa Bay and I-75. The community, located in a natural setting with old oak trees and wildlife, has double-wide mobile homes with carports, screen rooms and storage sheds. Residents may purchase a share of the park for $40,000. Shareowners pay a monthly co-op fee of $140. Residents that do not own a share of the park pay a monthly lot rent of $389 to $420. Pre-owned mobile homes on rental lots range from $23,000 to $60,000 and homes on share lots range $52,000 to $125,000.
